Mudança com efeito imediato! A ESL já irá utilizar o Overpass na IEM Cologne, competição que arranca na próxima semana na Alemanha.
Na sequência da grande atualização que chegou nesta madrugada com o lançamento da Season 3 no Counter-Strike 2, ESL e BLAST já se pronunciaram relativamente às alterações promovidas pela Valve.
A arrancar exatamente dentro de 7 dias, a IEM Cologne irá marcar a estreia do Overpass no lugar do Anubis, já a BLAST irá optar por uma adaptação mais faseada e apenas fazer a mudança no próximo mês.
Following an update from Valve, the official map pool for Counter-Strike will change with Overpass replacing Anubis.

Disputados nesta semana, os qualificadores abertos rumo à BLAST Open Fall irão utilizar o patch anterior e o Anubis na rotação, acabando o Overpass e as restantes mudanças por entrarem em vigor com os qualificadores fechados no dia 1 de agosto.
A IEM Cologne arranca dentro de uma semana com os seguintes mapas na rotação:
- Dust2
- Inferno
- Nuke
- Train
- Mirage
- Ancient
- Overpass
