A equipa de CS:GO dos NiP apresentou uma alteração.
A pouco tempo de a equipa ir participar no CS:GO Asia Championship, fizeram mudanças no seu cinco inicial. Segundo o treinador da equipa Faruk “pita“ Pita, que estava com algumas dificuldades em arranjar a melhor maneira para conseguir encaixar William “draken“ Sundin no estilo de jogo da equipa. Esta saída deve-se não apenas a algumas divergências dentro do servidor mas como também em termos pessoais.
Today is a big day for the Ninjas as we announce the addition of the Swedish star-player Jonas @Lekr0cs Olofsson to our starting roster in Counter-Strike. Olofsson will be replacing one of our youngest players, William @drakenCSGO Sundin.

Para colmatar este afastamento de William “draken“ Sundin da equipa principal dos NiP, foram buscar Jonas “Lekr0“ Olofsson. O jogador sueco estava como suplente nos fnatic depois da entrada de Richard “Xizt“ Landström. O jogador de 24 anos já esteve presente em Major’s, pela equipa dos GODSENT e vai tentar chegar lá novamente com a jersey dos NiP.
Sobre esta entrada, o treinador da equipa diz:
“William is a young player with an incredible talent. Counter-Strike is not all about talent however, as the game is heavily based on all players taking on their individual roles in the team, both inside and outside of the game.”
“We could unfortunately not find the right mix with William at the moment which has led us to the decision of benching him for the time being. We are hoping to see him back in competitive play in the future. In his place, we are extremely happy to have found an equally talented replacement in Lekr0.”
